The locker sensor can be mounted in any locker that you wish to monitor. It is designed to work on virtually any horizontal surface. It should be mounted as high as possible on the locker lid to provide the highest range of motion when the lid is opened. You should confirm the location prior to applying the hook 'n loop fastener paying special attention to the locker lip or obstructions inside the locker that may damage it when closed. You should begin by cleaning all surfaces of dirt, oil or other containments prior to installation. You may need to scuff the surface or degloss it to provide for adequate adhesion.
